My newest neighbor on the 11th floor of a Midtown office building turns out to be a lighting designer, not an acupuncturist, as a broker had led me to believe. No problem either way. Traveling from New York to New Mexico and a two-hour meeting left me weary, ready for a quiet burger. Instead, I accompanied my hosts at Rio Rancho Presbyterian Church to a youth group’s spaghetti dinner. I’m glad I went.
